Yew Tree farm has been producing award winning christmas poultry for 3 generations, the farm being situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, approx 2 miles from the village of Fressingfield. This gives our birds the opportunity to roam freely and develop naturally.
Traditionally reared and grown to full maturity out in the Suffolk countryside, allows a full depth of character and flavour to develop. Harvested and dry plucked by hand and game hung for a minimum of 7 days before hand finishing, delivers a bird fit for any festive table.

All geese include giblets and a separate quantity of goose fat from your bird for those perfect roasties and accompliments!
Cockerals, capons or large chickens, call them what you will. Our chickens are allowed to roam freely and mature very slowly, developing a dense white flesh with large fat panels. After dry plucking and game hanging to intensify the flavour, we believe these are the best chicken you will ever buy.
We also offer Turkey crowns (whole turkeys minus the drumsticks and thighs) and breast meat rolls made to the size you require. We can also add some thigh meat to enhance the flavour.
For the perfect roast potatoes order a jar of goose fat made from our free range geese
